A session ale, heavily hopped to keep away those winter blues, with a twist of cinnamon, all spice, ginger and vanilla to keep things spicy and warm.
Tasting Notes:
A best bitter, with a light citrus after taste coming from the variety of cascade, chinook and willomette hops. This is a medium bodied session ale.
Tasting Notes: Smell: Fresh, Lemon, Citrus Hop Taste: Grapefruit, Dry, Hoppy
A Dark Ale with a hint of Juniper berries.
A classic India Pale Ale, using English pale and crystal malts and Golding and Fuggles hops.
Tasting Notes: This Pale Ale is amber in colour, has a delicate yet classic rounded flavour and light floral aromas. This is a refreshing pale ale providing a refreshing hoppy taste.
A Golden ale, gently mashed with pure pale malts and using 3 varieties of hops – Goldings, Fuggles and Northdown. This is a light and refreshing ale, reminding you of a warm sunny day, no matter what time of year you enjoy it.
Tasting Notes: Smell: Lemon, Oak, Gentle Malt Taste: Honey, Sweet, Refreshing
Tahkir Khing - Thai for lemongrass and ginger is a flavoursome Porter.
A session ale, exclusively brewed for The Angel Hotel, Pershore. Utilising three different malt types and two distinctive high alpha-acid hops for bittering and aroma.
Tasting Notes: A careful mixture of UK and US hops delivers a clean crisp bitterness with spicy, fresh, pine, floral and berry aroma’s.
