If you think low alcohol equals low taste, think again. We made a hardcore beer and left the alcohol out. Nanny State breaks the curfew and slips under the radar. Paradox Islay is the latest whisky cask aged imperial stouts to be released from its smoky, shadowy cocoon. Paradox was locked away for 178 days in Islay whisky barrels before bottling.

Brewdog paradox which was aged for 9 months in a speyside cask then 9 months in a smokehead cask, then taken to an ice cream factory and frozen over the course of 2 weeks, then the non frozen liquid was drained off.
