Autumn Daze 5.3

This light amber coloured beer, has a spicy blackcurrant aroma, leading to a full bodied, spicy flavour, with a subtle sweetness and a clean crisp finish.

Black Gold 3.8

A well balanced dark mild ale with some bitterness, full bodied, but not overly sweet.  An award winning mild that delivers a light fresh taste to one of the more traditional of beer styles.

Described by esteemed beer writer Roger Protz as… “The finest blonde beer I’ve drunk in many a year”

Tasting Notes: Harvest Pale is brewed with a gently-kilned malt, and an aromatic blend of American hops added during the brewing process gives this 3.8% alc pale beer exceptional poise. Its distinct hop flavour leads to a crisp finish. Harvest Pale has firmly established itself as Castle Rock’s Flagship Beer. SIBA National Champion Bitter 2004, Champion Bitter of Britain 2007 and Champion Beer of Britain 2010.

Fool’s Gold is all about showcasing two beautiful hop varieties: Citra and Idaho 7.

Tasting Notes: Multiple dry hop charges of both gives lots of front-end aromas of tropical fruit, and peaches. Pale golden in colour, Fool’s Gold is tasty and refreshing, and its pale malt backdrop provides a great canvas for the fruity hops to come to the fore.
