From tap, it pours clear and golden yellow, with a white head and sparkling finish. The aroma is crisp, with hints of fruit and the flavor is dry with a citrus taste.

Crystal Gold is the sweetest in the Joseph Holt Lager range. Brewed with whole hops from Slovenia, before being chilled and fermented at low temperatures - as a Lager should be. Crystal Gold is a decidedly clean Lager with a drop of sweetness on the aroma.

It has a mild fruity and woody aroma, with berry undertones. Drinks smooth with a woody, malty and slightly peppery taste with a hint of floral hops.
