The Coble Inn is one of the oldest public houses in Newbiggin. It is in a beautiful 17th century building and has been trading as a public house since the early 1800's. It is situated on the gorgeous seafront in the middle of the village only yards from the beach overlooking the first permanent offshore sculpture in the UK - "Couple" by Sean Henry. The traditional public house has recently been taken over by Dennis and Jackie and they and their friendly staff extend a warm welcome to everybody.
