Crown Inn

The Crown Inn has been in the same family for over 90 years. Trevor and Carolyn How now hold the licence and have done since 1993.

This family run pub has featured for 25 consecutives years in both The Good Pub and Good Beer Guides.

The Crown sits in one acre of beautiful countryside with a new extended patio area for pub lunches or just quiet drinks.

In recent years this outside area has been the perfect venue for marquees, accomodating small parties to large weddings.

We have 3 brand new en-suite letting rooms converted from our original barns. There are two double rooms and one twin room. Each is completed to a high standard, featuring stone floors, original beams and fully equipped with 15" flat-screen T.V's and en-suite shower rooms. Little Missenden can be found off the A413 between Amersham and Great Missenden. As you enter the village from Amersham the Crown is the first pub on the right hand side.

The village is famous for featuring in many T.V dramas such as Midsomer Murders.

The ancient Parish Church of St John the Baptist can be found a thte centre of the village.
