Brewer's Reserve No. 1

Tasting Notes: Complex and distinctive, this rich amber ale balances hoppy bitterness and tangy marmalade fruit. Brewed to 7.7% ABV, it’s infused with subtle whisky flavours and characteristics absorbed from the cask, with the palate rounded off by smoky vanilla notes.

First seen in autumn 1999, Fuller’s Red Fox is back on the bars this year with that same rich, red ruby colour and toasted oats flavour that make it the perfect pint for the season of mists and mellow fruitfulness.

Tasting Notes: Tawny in colour with a lasting, medium, off-white head of lacy bubbles, Red Fox features a little yeast and forest fruit on the nose and offers a taste of biscuit and caramel with the tang of blackberry, toast and marmalade in the finish.

Tasting Notes: Brewed with pale ale and Imperial malts, Gales Redwood is a forest of biscuity, malty flavour - while sweeter bready notes and deep red colour come from the addition of rye crystal. Pride of Ringwood and Galaxy hops bring lighter flavours like passion fruit and citrus to the palate, before that gently spiced finish.

Tasting Notes: Faintly fruity on the nose, this light amber beer sails a steady course through well-developed malt character towards a satisfying, hoppy finish. The Gales yeast brings out soft fruit flavours, while the hops impart a zesty, spicy quality to the brew.

Southern Star is a golden spring ale inspired by the land down under. The particular star in question is the Australian ‘Ella’ hop - bringing its luscious tropical touch to a Fuller’s ale for the first time.

Tasting Notes: Brewed to 4% ABV, Spring Sprinter is refreshing to the palate and bursting with zesty hop flavours that pick out citrus and gooseberry.  English malts provide the balance, with distinctive biscuity sweetness coming through - before the beer races to a short, sharp finish.

Wild River is a double hopped pale ale that uses some of the finest American hops available such as Liberty, Willamette, Cascade and Chinook.

Tasting Notes: he hops have been fully infused into the beer to deliver an instant zesty grapefruit flavour. The malt brings a balancing fullness to the hops but the pleasant hop bitterness leaves a wonderful linger on the palate.
