This Gold-medal-winning Oatmeal Stout is an ever-present dark ale. Rich and creamy, with a bitter finish of forest fruits and coffee. A nose of treacle, chocolate and smoke, named after Celtic runes scattered across Ilkley Moor.

Holy Cow 4.5

This masterpiece balances flavours flawlessly, making it incredibly sessionable. Our updated recipe incorporates Sumatra Jagong Village coffee from Indonesia, courtesy of our friends at Casa Espresso.

This traditional dark mild has a blend of 5 malts used in the mash give a smooth, mellow easy to drink malt flavour with a hint of liquorices in the finish.

Ilkley Blonde 4.0

Hints of citrus compliment the soft biscuit, with a moreish finish. The traditional golden bitter has had a makeover. Easy-drinking, good-looking and a beer for everyone.
