Situated in the picturesque village of Worsley, The John Gilbert commands an outstanding position within a conservation woodland area on Worsley Brow. To the right of the main entrance you will see the original gatehouse to Worsley Old Hall, which dates back to the early 1700's.

Our family friendly dining is enhanced through use of chilled music and elegant lighting to create the perfect atmosphere. Our separate Bistro area can be reserved for private functions. Our extensive menu is already proving very popular with a wide range of choice to suit all needs. Weekends see a transformation of The Gilbert to the perfect venue to celebrate the end of your hard working week.
