Baby Faced Assassin 6.1

Brewed with 100% Citra hops the Baby-Faced Assassin is a deceptively drinkable India Pale Ale that shouldn’t be taken lightly. Be careful or it might sneak up on you!

Tasting Notes: Aromas of mango, apricot, grapefruit & mandarin orange, along with a lasting, juicy, tropical fruit bitterness.

Better Late Than Never 5.9

Tasting Notes: Heavily dry-hopped, intense fleshy, juicy tropical and citrus fruit aromas - notably mango, lemon and pine - are front and centre in this easy-drinking New England IPA.

Buckeye 3.5

Buckeye is brewed with a blend of American and New Zealand hops, producing an orange, citrus fruit aroma and a refreshing level of bitterness.

Tasting Notes: Orange, Citrus, Bitter

C.C. Rider 4.3

Dry-hopped for your pleasure, with the aromatics dialled up to eleven, this pale ale is all about Citra and Comet hops from the USA and the juicy, tropical fruit flavours they bring to the party.

Deep amber best bitter

Tasting Notes: A classic best bitter, deep amber in colour and displaying classic English hedgerow hop characteristics harnessed from a blend of Challenger, Fuggles and Whitbread Goldings Variety hops.

Counter Culture 5.5

An American style wheat beer brewed in collaboration with Thornbridge and fermented with Rooster's house yeast.

Tasting Notes: Light tropical and citrus fruit hops aromas are balanced against a delicate backbone of 60% barley and 40% wheat that leads to a smooth mouthfeel and a crisp and refreshing finish.

Eighty Eight 4.3

Brewed with Waimea and Kohatu hops from New Zealand, Eighty Eight is clean and well-balanced with a moderate level of bitterness.

Tasting Notes: Subtle biscuity maltiness allows aromas and flavours of tangerine. pine needle and citrus fruit to come to the fore.

First World Problems 4.5

Tasting Notes: A smooth and decadent salted caramel stout. Full-bodied and rich, roasted malt notes lead to a luxurious finish of chocolate, sweet caramel and salt.

Fort Smith 5.0

Brewed using Citra and Chinook hops from the USA to create tropical and passion fruit aromas and a lasting, bitter finish, Fort Smith is a big and bold pale ale brewed in the American style.

Tasting Notes: A scaled down, Vermont IPA; soft, juicy and brimming with citrus fruit flavours, with a low hoppy bitterness overlaying a malty, sweet backbone.

Highway Fifty-One 3.7

Brewed with a blend of Mosaic, Centennial and Rakau hops, Juicy, tropical fruit flavours come to the fore in this dry-hopped, sessionable pale ale that’s backed up by a hint of citrus and a grapefruit finish.

Light, crisp and easy drinking, Jubilee is a cucumber pale ale inspired by the garden and street parties hosted during the Queen's silver jubilee year in 1977.

Named after an American breed of Chicken, Leghorn is a creamy, pale ale brewed using a mixture of four American hops that combine to create a cocktail of fruit aromas.

Londinium 4.5

Londinium is a nod to the beer of yesteryear and, in particular, the style made popular by the street and river porters of London in the 18th century.

London Thunder 4.2

Black classic porter

Tasting Notes: A classic approach to a style of beer first developed in Victorian London. Roasted malt and chocolate flavours are abound in London Thunder; a smooth, dark porter brewed using a blend of seven malts and English hops.

One Trick Pony 4.1

Tasting Notes: Bramling Cross hops offer a low-level of bitterness to this tart beer that carries a pink hue and floral and citrus notes from Taylors’of Harrogate’s Rose Lemonade herbal tea infusion.

Pilsnear 4.8

Tasting Notes: This pale ain't quite a pilsner but brewed with Noble hops from Germany and Czech Republic, along with Pilsner and Munich malts, before being fermented at a low temperature.

Pistol River 4.0

This amber coloured beer is in cask form for the first time. The blend of hops, malts and rye creates a balanced, malty beer, with a touch of spice and citrus fruit aromas.

Tasting Notes: Malty, spicy, citrus

Rockafella 4.4

Brewed in Knaresborough, Yorkshire, this is the first time that Cornish-grown Maris Otter has ever been used outside of St Austell Brewery and, coupled with Cornish Gold malt, gives a true St Austell Brewery style backbone to the ale.

Tasting Notes: Fittingly complemented by Yorkshire water, yeast and innovation, Rockafella is bursting with biscuit flavours from Cornish Gold, Amber and oat malts. Hand-prepared lemon juice, zest and peel as well as lashings of vanilla pods are used alongside Liberty, Centennial and Pacific Jade hops for clean citrus aromas.

Roots. Rock. Reggae. 6.4

Tasting Notes: Brewed with the addition of fresh pineapple and grapefruit (zest & juice), Roots. Rock. Reggae. is an India Pale Ale that packs a fruity punch. Using Admiral, Cascade, Summit and Nelson Sauvin hops to compliment the tropical fruit flavours, additions of Centennial and Nelson Sauvin during fermentation were made to enhance things further.

South Side 4.3

Tasting Notes: Aromas of gooseberry, citrus and pine needles are balanced by the light biscuity maltiness of English Golden Promise barley, followed up by a hoppy, grapefruit bitterness – all of which have been harnessed using a blend of New Zealand’s Kohatu, Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka hops.

Stars and Stripes 4.3

Brewed with American hops for a big bold flavour with Golden Promise and Crystal hops.

Strength In Numbers 7.0

Tasting Notes: A resinous West Coast IPA bursting with piney and citrus fruit hoppiness, balanced against a strong, chewy malt backbone and a moreish bitterness. Pale amber and carrying a slight haze, Strength In Numbers is the perfect IPA for those who think the west coast is the best coast.

This Is England 3.8

This amber-coloured beer has a subtle spiciness on the nose.

Tasting Notes: This combines for a refreshing, light and fruity flavour, plus a long, hoppy finish.

Thousand Yard Stare 5.4

Tasting Notes: A light, yet full-flavoured and hazy pale ale with an intense tropical fruit nose. Citrus, stone fruit and resinous notes dance around the palate, giving way to a juicy and mouth-watering finish.

Twenty Four Seven 4.7

Four big-hitting hops come together to create a sessionable, hop-forward pale ale with the intensity of a new world IPA.

Tasting Notes: Amarillo, Chinook and Simcoe from the USA work in harmony with New Zealand’s Nelson Sauvin to produce a punchbowl aroma of lemon, tangerine and gooseberry, followed by a balanced grapefruit bitterness.

Wild Mule 3.9

Brewed using New Zealand’s Nelson Sauvin hop, which creates a white wine fruitiness that’s backed up by a lasting grapefruit bitterness, Wild Mule is a new world, session-strength, pale ale with a kick.

Wrangler 3.7

A pale golden beer with moderate bitterness but lots of grape/passion fruit and a great length of flavour.

Tasting Notes: 

Yankee 4.3

Light and easy-drinking, it’s a beer that showcases the floral and citrus fruit aromas of the Cascade hop, grown in the Yakima Valley in Washington State.
