Finding, Adding and Editing Places

Anyone can add any type of place, or business, to Inapub® for FREE. If you know of somewhere that can host events (from a badminton game to car boot sale or football match to music event and literally everything in between) then add it to the system to help others find a place for their event/activity - make sure you use good tags as this is what people use to find places. And if you own a place which hosts or wants people to host events then make sure you’re registered on the site, and check out our options for place owners.

Adding and Editing Place information on Inapub®

When adding, we’ll ask for the contact details (contact name, address, phone, website, email), opening hours, descriptive words (tags) and facilities offered. It doesn’t matter if you know them all or not, but the more you give the better it’ll be for people using the site.

And don’t worry – if your place is private, it’ll remain so, so you can add your house if, for example, you’re planning a family party!

Finding places on Inapub®

Finding places is simple. You can search using a variety of options, from postcode or town to name and tag or you can browse places by tag. Results are displayed depending on what you’ve searched for but you can choose your preferred view using the tabs. Once you find somewhere of interest you can suggest it to other group members, or click to create your event there… simple.
