The Brindley Arms in Walkden is a real life success story. Since being taken over by Anne and Colin in 2008, the Brindley Arms has become a real focal point for the whole community. In a time when pubs nationwide are feeling the pinch, the Brindley goes from strength to strength.
With traditional hot pot in winter and barbeques in summer; with pool competitions, poker and quiz nights, not to mention karaoke and trips out for all of the family centred around and organised by the pub, there is really never a dull moment.
As you would expect there are a range of great tasting wines, beers and spirits and the home cooked food is something not to be missed, but that alone is not what makes this place special.
