The Coachmakers Arms in Norwich dates from the 17th century. The former coaching inn sits on the site of an old asylum and is believed to be haunted. The spacious courtyard is now a drinking area with a bar and there is also a well kept garden for the long summer evenings. The wide choice of real ales are served on gravity dispense from behind the bar. While Sky TV means you can watch football, this doesn’t dominate the pub.
