Through developing a relationships through local farmers, has meant that all their meats come from small independent farmers specializing in their produce. Quality meat has meant that dishes such as the Beef and ale pie slow cooked to mouth-watering tenderness has become a favourite amongst our consumers.
Their fish is only sourced from Marine Stewardship Council approved suppliers ensuring, our environment and fish stocks. We only use fish caught within UK waters. This allows us to produce a variety of different fish dishes ranging from the ever popular and traditional Fish and Chips to a more sophisticated choice of Salmon and Sea Bass.
