The Red Cow is a lively spot in the evenings. Besides hosting two darts teams and a pool team for the local leagues, the pub also boasts two netball teams, with landlady Casey Huntley holding the title of Netball Coach for Shepway District Council and playing for Folkestone. A pub football team is being organised as well.
