Ambush 4.8

Amber Ale

Tasting Notes: A special bitter, single hopped throughout the brewing process with Mosaic hops which provide wonderful fruity flavours.

Cheshire Cat 4.0

Smooth and well-balanced with refreshing citrusy flavours. Very blonde and very easy drinking. Chester’s favourite.

Tasting Notes: Smooth, well balanced, citrus

Cheshire Plain 4.4

A clever blend of six malts and grains creates the colour and character of this black ale which is brewed with hops from New Zealand.

Tasting Notes: Dark malts produce an inviting roasted aroma and oats deliver a smooth and creamy mouthfeel. This is a surprisingly light session beer.

Eastgate Ale 4.2

A Champion Beer of Cheshire, brewed exclusively with whole leaf Cascade hops for a fruity foretaste and distinctly hoppy flavour.

Harlequin 4.6

AROMATIC ENGLISH HOPS, ESPECIALLY THE PUNCHY HARLEQUIN, ARE PATTERNED TOGETHER TO CREATE THIS DIAMOND OF A PALE ALE WHICH HAS CRISP CITRUS HOP NOTES, SATISFYING MOUTHFEEL AND A LONG, DRY FINISH.

Jester IPA 4.8

YOU’LL BE LAUGHING ALONG WITH THIS MODERN INDIA PALE ALE WHICH PAIRS US HOPS WITH BRITISH, INCLUDING THE DELIGHTFUL ‘JESTER’. VIBRANT TROPICAL FRUIT AROMAS BEGIN THE FUN AND THE PUNCHLINE COMES FROM THE REFRESHING CITRUS FINISH.

Mad Hatter 3.9

A great session beer, brewed with Amarillo hops from the USA to give spicy and floral character.

Old Dog 4.5

Dark, smooth and full-bodied. Maris Otter and dark roasted malts create the deep colour and Challenger and Goldings hops the extra flavour and aroma.

Oregon Pale 4.3

Big flavours of citrus and grapefruit from the fantastic hops first grown in Oregon. Maris Otter malt provides the foundations and the balance.

Revelry 5.0

An uncomplicated, easy-drinking beer to please the crowds. Simply brewed with pale malt, a touch of wheat and British hops.

Southern Cross 3.4

A flavoursome, hoppy beer at a very ‘sessionable’ ABV. Pale golden with a great aroma and freshness from the pine and lemony characteristics of the New Zealand hops. The brewers have packed in plenty of character and layers of flavour.

Turncoat 4

TURNCOAT NEIPA IS OUR TAKE ON A LOW-BITTERNESS AND HIGH-FLAVOUR NEW ENGLAND IPA AT AN AGREEABLE ABV. BREWED WITH WHEAT AND OATS FOR PILLOWY SOFT MOUTHFEEL AND DOUBLE DRY-HOPPED WITH CITRA, MOSAIC AND EL DORADO FOR A JUICY, TROPICAL FLAVOUR. THIS IS THE FIRST CASK ALE WE’VE EVER RELEASED THAT IS DELIBERATELY HAZY, HENCE THE NAME TURNCOAT.

Vienna Lager 4.8

VIENNA MALT PARTNERS WITH WHOLE LEAF NOBLE HOPS AND THEY HAPPILY WALTZ ALONG TOGETHER WITH SOFT CHESHIRE WATER TO CREATE THIS TRADITIONALLY BREWED PREMIUM LAGER. BISCUITY MALT FLAVOURS BALANCE NICELY WITH SUBTLE BITTERNESS.

Weetwood Best Bitter 3.8

Brewed with Maris Otter malt and a range of British hops to produce the rounded flavour and sharp bitterness of a classic British best bitter.

Weetwood Pilsner 4.2

AUTHENTICALLY BREWED IN KEEPING WITH LAGER TRADITION USING HIGH QUALITY BARLEY, SAAZ AND PERLE HOPS, SOFT CHESHIRE WATER AND A GENUINE LAGER YEAST. WEETWOOD PILSNER IS CHILLED FOR AT LEAST A MONTH IN TANK BEFORE RELEASE TO MAXIMISE FLAVOUR.
