A Christmas Tall Tale 4.5

Using a special combination of Rye in conjunction with Flagon and Crystal malts and the best Golding hops we have created a deep amber, warm and satisfying ale with a hint of fruit and spice.

Tasting Notes: Full, balanced, spicy, hoppy

Autumnale 4.6

Using only the finest maris otter malted barley, blended with 3 different hop varieties, to brew this sophisticated, quaffable and exciting autumn ale.

Tasting Notes: It is very complex, full of malt, ruby red in colour, silky smooth with a hint of pepper and that 'wickwar long dry finish.

Bob 4.0

Brewed using locally sourced ingredients and 3 varieties of malt with Challenger and Fuggle hops to produce a well balanced hoppy palate.

Tasting Notes: A dry, moreish bitter

Christmas Cracker 4.2

Christmas Cracker is a wonderful beer full of winter tastes and flavours expertly malted and sympathetically hopped.

Coopers W.P.A 3.8

A yellow-gold, well balanced, light, refreshing brew with hops, citrus fruit and a delicate sweet maltiness, turning to a bitter dry finish.

Falling Star 4.2

Our Premium Golden Ale. 4.2% ABV. Brewed for the contemporary taste palate using locally grown and renowned Warminster, floor malted Maris Otter barley.

Tasting Notes: Distinctive and complex flavours and aromas are delivered through a carefully chosen blend of Cascade, Willamette and Mittlefruh hops. The resulting balanced and refreshing finish is achieved through a combination of our pure Cotswold water and unique strain of yeast. A golden artisan ale.

Celebrating the custodians of the oral art of the Shanakee, a traditional Irish storyteller and historian, this 5% ABV rich, ruby stout has its own tale to tell.

Tasting Notes: Using 4 malts and 2 home grown hops, Wickwar yeast and special Cotswold water, this smooth ale with hints of chocolate invites you to tell your own story.

Spring Ale 3.8

Amber/gold in colour this excellent ale depicts every aspect of spring, full of fruit & flowers, this brew is bursting with flavour, ending with a sweet finish. 'A blooming great pint'

Station Porter 6.1

Our multi-award winning Premium Ebony Ale. The aromas of roasted malt, coffee chocolate and rich fruits are produced from a subtle blend of 3 malts and Fuggle hops.

Tasting Notes: Our pure Cotswold water and unique yeast combine to give a smooth, warming roast finish.

Sundowner 3.8

This ale is brewed using a unique combination of Flagon and Munich Brown malts, a subtle blend of international hops, Dr Rudi’s and Huell Melon, plus Cotswold water and Wickwar yeast.

Tasting Notes: Topped off with locally sourced strawberries, this refreshing and thirst quenching ale rewards with hints of pine, grass and fruit. Its light copper colour makes this a very inviting Sundowner.

Sunny Daze 4.2

Golden in colour, this beer has an unforgettable flavour of fruit, malt with a good hop aroma. Very refreshing. Perfect for the summer months, leaving you with a long lasting hop finish. 'Sunsational!'

The Big "O" 3.8

The initial Brewer’s Choice selection features the debut of The Big “O”, a refreshing, organic and lightly floral ale.

Tasting Notes: Uses only the finest organic ingredients sourced from within the UK including floor malted Maris Otter barley from Warminster and noble Sovereign hops all complemented with a unique yeast, which has remained unchanged for 25 years, and their own special Cotswold water.

Try Time 3.8

Using a front row of 3 world class hops, Styrian Celeia, Fuggle & Challenger; a creative midfield malt duo of Flagon & Crystal, blended with Cotswold water and given that special line out spring from their unique yeast.

Tasting Notes: Try Time is a golden, full-bodied ale fit for the RBS 6 Nations.

Wessex Witchcraft 4.6

Wessex Witchcraft uses 4 malts including 2 dark crystal. Strengthened with 3 home grown hops, Wickwar yeast and Cotswold water, this full flavoured ale is smooth with a hint of bitterness and spice.

Everyone needs cheering up in these difficult times, so they’ve launched Bankers Draft – a totally reliable, full-bodied ale – that will help raise a smile in the face of the credit crunch.

This blonde ale uses a blend of American and German hops, resulting in a herbal and floral aroma, hints of blackcurrant, a spicy palate and a clean, fresh character throughout.
