Birthday Beer 4.4

Malty with vine fruit notes and a mellow hop palate.

Tasting Notes: 

Brighton Best 4.0

The Aroma of Brighton Best combines a complex blend of floral hop to light malt with a hint of Crystal malt.

Tasting Notes: The mouth feel is clean and well balanced with a lingering after pallette. The subtle fresh hop remains into the finish.

Brighton Blonde 3.9

A golden, pale blonde ale which has a distinctive hoppy aroma derived from the use of Celeia hops late in the copper.

Tasting Notes: The taste is sharply hoppy and beautifully stimulates the underside edges of your tongue. The merest hint of malt complements the hops, and the aftertaste develops the hops further with an increasing dryness and straw bitterness to the finish.

Cascade 4.2

Brewed using only Cascade hops to give a citrus taste to this wonderful silky beer.

Chestnut Brown 4.2

Chestnut Brown Ale is a classic style Brown Ale. A smooth malty and creamy body gives way to a slightly smokey bitterness with a maple syrup sweetish finish. A very well rounded satisfying Brown Ale.

Five Generations 4.4

Brewed to celebrate the King family brewing in Horsham for five generations or 150 years.

Tasting Notes: The beer is mid strength and amber in colour. Goldings and Cascade hops are used in the recipe.

Green Bullet 4.3

Green Bullet is a single hop beer, brewed with New Zealand Green Bullet Hops.

Tasting Notes: The beer has a powerful citrus aroma and distinct hop flavour. Mid-strength with a light amber colour. This is a perfect beer for those who prefer the unmistakable taste of single hop brews.

Harvest Ale 4.1

Brewed using new freshly harvested Season Hops. The use of these very fresh Golding variety Cobbs hops impart a powerful yet balanced hop aroma and flavour. A very palatable light amber coloured beer.

Horsham Best 3.8

The beer is an “all malt brew”, formulated from a blend of best quality malts namely Pale Ale Malt, Crystal Malt, Chocolate Malt and finally one other specialist barley malt.

Tasting Notes: They blend a variety of finest East Kent whole hops to achieve a balance of Bitterness and Aroma.

Kings Gold 4.2

Kings Gold is brewed using a blend of First Gold and Brewers Gold hops for a glorious golden-hued, mid-strength bitter.

Tasting Notes: The brew has also been created using a speciality malt to give a palate that is beautifully balanced with a distinctive hop aroma.

Kings IPA 5.2

This IPA is a solidly English style IPA with orangey fruit on the nose and a distinct hop flavour.

Tasting Notes: In the aftertaste the hop flavour builds and the spicy hops develop such that this beer is bold enough to compliment a spicy meal, or savour on it's own.

Kings Old Ale 4.5

A Silver medalist in the national Winter Ales festival and CAMRA winner of best Old Ale. Smokey, smooth velvety flavour. A classic Old Ale.

Kings Old Smokey 5.1

Old Smokey is the perfect beer to enjoy after bonfire celebrations or a pleasant afternoon walk.

Tasting Notes: It is a luscious black beer with a rich sweet malty palate balanced by a clean bitterness. This is followed by a subtle smokey after pallate. A very satisfying subtle ale. There is a well balanced bitterness with hints of orange and citrus fruits lingering in the mouth. A very clean, fresh and distinctive malt finish. A full fruit flavour with a spicy character.

Kings Royal Mild 3.6

Kings Royal Mild is a classic mild and has been brewed to support Camra’s Mild in May celebration.

Tasting Notes: It is lightly hopped, lacking any obvious bitterness and extremely thirst quenching. Tawny in colour midway between a traditional pale and dark Mild. This totally new brew has a fruity, sweet perfume on the nose, a distinctive smooth body, full of character and a crisp lasting creamy head. There is a light dryness to the finish with a lingering hint of toffee with light peppery overtones.

Mallard Ale 5.0

This Premium Summer Ale is brewed only with finest Marris Otter pale ale malt and Goldings Hops.

Tasting Notes: 

Market Porter 5.0

A traditional London style Porter with a full palette, good lingering hop bitterness and intense roasted malt aromas.

This Premium Bitter beer is an 'all malt brew', formulated from a blend of best quality malts to give colour and a slight hint of smokiness to the aroma and finally one other specialist malt.

Scrummy Beer 5.0

A premium strength ale to kick off the 6 nations. Ruby red in colour with distinct crystal malt notes on the pallette with a lingering bitter finish.

Spring Ale 4.1

Brewed with a blend of four of the finest malts and hopped with a blend of three East Kent Golding hops.

Tasting Notes: This beer has a full flavour and rounded body.

Summer Ale 4.1

Summer Ale is brewed only with the finest Pale Ale Marris Otter Malt and choicest Goldings Hops.

Tasting Notes: The beer has a delightful hop aroma balanced with the light malty flavour derived from floor malted barley.

Sussex Downs Ale 5.1

Sussex Downs Ale has a light, golden amber colour with a full head and great lacing on the glass.

Tasting Notes: Well balanced bitterness with hints of orange and citrus fruits lingering in the mouth. A clean, fresh and distinctive malt finish, with a full fruit flavour and spicy character.

Wheat Mash 5.2

This beer has a wonderful lemon and pear drop aroma giving a fresh crisp palate.

Tasting Notes: This blends perfectly with the traditional qualities of wheat beer and gives a beautiful astringency to the edges of the tongue. Perfect for light summer drinking.
