Bure Gold 4.3

We’ve meticulously selected the pale and lightly-roasted malts to form a classic aromatic, golden ale with notes of passionfruit and orange. Sailing to the far reaches, we’ve found hops from America and Slovenia, combined with the best of British. Bring home the gold.

Tasting Notes: Why did the butterfly flutter by? Because it saw the Dragonfly drink the flagon dry. We think the Dragonfly had the right idea, especially when it comes to this aromatic ale flavoured with Norfolk honey.

Indian Summer 4.5

Tasting Notes: A combination of new world hops provide this light IPA with an explosion of tropical fruits, pineapple & lycée in aroma & flavour. The subtle Norfolk Maris Otter malt blend, complements the hops to produce an amazing session ale.

Nelson's 4.5

Revenge is best served bittersweet. Our wholehearted harmony of hops, fruits and barley pays homage to brave Admiral Nelson and his crew. Nelson’s is a Norfolk beer, and glory in the taste and aromas of citrus and Norfolk malts we’ve crammed in.

Nog 4.6

Norada 4.3

This killer Pale Ale is a golden, tropical-scented, hop-filled beer bursting with character. Hints of mango and papaya twist through a goldmine of citrusy goodness, topped off with a tower of hops to create a light beer that leaves you thirsty for more.

Once Bittern 4

Tasting Notes: A blend of Maris Otter, Crystal and Rye gives the beer its copper colour. The beer has an aroma of rich spice and citrus fruits. The initial flavours are sweet followed by tones of grapefruit and lime. The finish is pleasantly dry.

Parson James 4.5

Tasting Notes: Brewed with smooth, rich chocolate and crystal malts, a hint of rye and Maris Otter. A full bodied beer with toffee and caramel notes and appealing sweet and fruity aromas.

Phoenix IPA 4.8

Tasting Notes: This ale is rich in flavour from the Maris Otter and then boldly hopped with English Challenger and Goldings, topped off with American Amarillo to give the beer its’ distinctive finish.

Royal Norfolk 4.1

Tasting Notes: This straw coloured beer is a blend of Maris Otter and Chevallier heritage malt with English and American hops with orange and lemon peel. The Chevallier malt brings more depth of flavour to the beer.

Tasting Notes: The crisp and zestiness of the initial taste is enhanced with an infusion of hops to add hints of lime, pine and passionfruit. The balanced malts unifies all the ingredients to produce a clean and moreish ale.
