This dark beer is a nod to the archer of yesteryear. The rich and full-roasted toffee malt delivers a lingering flavour that is straight & true... & really hits the spot

Bah Humbug! 5.0

Bah Humbug is a 6% brew using not just the traditional malted barley and hops, but also a big sprinkling of cinnamon.

Tasting Notes: The effect of the cinnamon is to give a spicy, almost banana-like flavour as often found on German wheat beers; and this blends with the sweet-honeyed flavours of the Maris Otter barley to create a beer with all the fruit flavours of mince pies, Christmas Pudding and Christmas cake all rolled into one.

Hobgoblin - Ruby Beer 4.5

Traditional Ruby Beer. Hobgoblin is a blend of smooth rich flavours from chocolate and crystal malts, combined with a refreshing bitterness from English Fuggles hops and a dash of citrus aroma from Styrian Goldings.

January’ Sale is a golden bronze coloured ale brewed from Maris Otter malt with a hint of Crystal and Wheat malts.

Tasting Notes: Heavily infused with English Northdown and Challenger hops, it has a rich marmalade hop flavour with hints of grapefruit and citrus, balanced with a delicate sweet maltiness. A bargain at any price!

A pale golden potion with delicate red hues, WychCraft has a heady burst of fresh citrus aroma derived from three infusions of Styrian golding hops. A sprig of gentle warming malty flavour finishes with a dry biscuit note and a counterpoise of bitterness.

Tasting Notes: WychCraft’s innovative new recipe includes adding three infusions of Styrian Goldings hops to the copper, to create a highly aromatic brew, bursting with succulent citrus and lime hop character. A light base of delicately flavoured English Fuggles hops, and the use of a lager malt, help retain the signature hop character and create a wonderfully aromatic and fragrant summertime beer. Beguiling to the end.

Zululand Pale Ale 4.2
