Courage Directors Bitter 4.8

This premium cask ale has a strong following throughout the country. Courage Directors was originally brewed exclusively for the Directors of the Alton brewery, but following public demand, the beer was made available to the public.

Tasting Notes: Kew Gold is a 100% malt brew with English Lager malt with Styrian hops. It is an unpasteurised, living beer, matured in the bottle for a fuller, more complex, multi-dimensional, fresher taste. With no artificial carbonation, the only fizz is the natural effervescence created by fermentation.

London Stout 4.3

Tasting Notes: A dark ruby coloured stout, with a beautiful creamy head. Unlike Irish stout, this true English stout is richer and slightly sweeter.

McEwan’s Scotch Ale has a lot of loyal followers, especially in North America, and its rebirth is a direct result of customer demand.

Tasting Notes: A dark mahogany colour with a thick beige head, McEwan’s Scotch Ale has sweet aromas of caramel, toffee, malt bread and dried fruit. This warming beer has a very mild coffee flavour with notes of raisins and brown sugar in the finish. A smooth, intensely satisfying and full-bodied beer.
