At Noa we serve both contemporary and traditional Washoku cuisine. During cooking the fresh ingredients are seared at high temperature to seal in all the natural flavour.
We have a range of starters including a traditional miso made from the finest nutritious soya beans to a wakame (seaweed) salad, one of the many healthy harvests of the ocean.
We have light and crispy tempura, tonkatsu, harumaki as well as a range of sashimi, cut and served in different ways depending on the fish, all garnished with our range of vegetables and seaweed.
No Japanese restaurant would be complete without sushi, the original fast food, and our skilled chef can create mouth-watering delicacies complemented by a choice of side dishes.
