The Black Swan

A child and dog friendly pub serving food with Sky TV and WiFi and a garden in Bristol.

The Black Swan has the feel of a local country pub, based in the village of Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol, and is known locally as the “Dirty Duck”.

It is owned by Landlord and Landlady, Andy & Charlotte West who took over the business in December 2011. Since then an ongoing series of refurbishments have been introduced with further improvements planned over the next 12 months.

We offer a friendly welcome, with cosy fires in winter and a sunny beer garden in the summer, making it one of the best pubs in the area to enjoy all year round.

We offer a good selection of real ales, larger, cider and wine, and a menu of traditional lunchtime favourites, including the award winning Tom’s pies.

We are family and dog friendly pub, with children welcome until 7.30pm… as long as both children and dogs are accompanied by well-behaved parents!
