Tinworks Brewery

A brewery in Llanelli.

Tinworks Brewing Co. is a microbrewery based in the Welsh coastal town of Llanelli. We’re extremely proud of what we’ve achieved since we started back in 2017 and we’re really excited about what's to come. We’re a small team who love what we do, and we’re so lucky to have great family and friends to help out and bring our great tasting beers to you all.

Ashburnham Porter 5

We bring together six different malts to create a surprisingly elegant beer. The dark malts bring a complex and textured feel to the porter. Lightly hopped, we leave the malts to do the work. Think dark chocolate, roasted coffee and black treacle.

Tasting Notes:

Cwrw Grav 3.9

Cwrw Grav is our take on a traditional Welsh bitter. This beer is all about the malt. We use a traditional malt base to bring sweetness and a dark amber colour. We wanted to add a modern twist and the best way is through the hops. Cascade, Amarillo and Simcoe bring a nice fruity lightness to the sweet malt base base. Cwrw Grav is 3.9% ABV, a nod to the famous Llanelli win against the All Blacks.

Tasting Notes:

Dafen IPA 6.3

his is definitely a fan favorite, it’s one of our best sellers. It’s an India Pale Ale and has richness from caramel malts and a big punch from the hops. A big whiff of the tropics is accompanied by crisp citrus and pine flavours, while a rugged bitterness follows with every sip.

Tasting Notes:

Marshfield Red 4.7

Marshfield Red is a complex hoppy red ale. The ruby red colour comes from the caramel malt. Selected hops from the US and New Zealand provides a restrained bitterness, with a floral, citrus and fresh crushed gooseberry bursting from the glass.

Tasting Notes:

Old Castle Pale 4.6

A simple malt bill combines with selected hops that gives it a piney bitterness followed by a hit of grapefruit and citrus fruits. Light in colour, packed with flavour, and very drinkable at 4.6%.
