American pale ale, hopped with Cascade, Centennial and Chinook, to produce spicy and citrus hints with a crisp bitter mouthful.
Tasting Notes:
Indian pale ale. American and Australian hops create intense bittering and amazing bursts of grapefruit and passionfruit, with the constant punch of bitterness surrounding the mouthful. Can you Handle this I.P.A?
European session pale ale, relaxed bittering from Magnum hops with another 2 kg + of European hops during the aroma stages of the boil, adding spicy notes with floral overtones.
Golden ale, clean but gentle bitterness with a hint of sweetness from crystal malts. A punch of citrus and tropical aromas from the late and dry additions of azacca hops to finish.
Mouth-watering English stout, balanced and smooth. A combination of specialist malt gives it chocolaty, biscuit, burnt notes. Then the English hops break through releasing bursts of flowery tones.
