A pub serving food in Macclesfield.

Built in 1810 and set in the beautiful Cheshire countryside on the cusp of the National Park, the 19th century Robin Hood Inn is a traditional country pub. We pride ourselves on offering quality home made food using fresh local produce, drink and accommodation in wonderful surroundings at reasonable prices. The Robin Hood is a 'real' local with open fires, several cask ales and a truly rustic setting all with spectacular views out to Kerridge Ridge.

Drink % Brewery
Bass 4.4 Anheuser-Busch InBev

Brewed to 4.4% ABV, Bass is still brewed to an original recipe using only the finest ingredients and the experience of generations. Bass is brewed with two strains of yeast to produce a complex nutty, malty taste with subtle hop undertone.

Tasting Notes: A medium-bodied complex nutty, biscuity malt taste with roasty, caramel aromas and classic earthy, subtly floral hop notes.

Wainwright 4.1 Wainwright

An exquisitely, golden ale, named after Alfred Wainwright, the renowned Lakeland author who was born in Blackburn.

Tasting Notes: Wainwright is a refreshing golden ale with subtle sweetness from the Maris Otter malts and the special mix of hops give a delicate citrus fruit overtone. Voted World’s Best Golden Ale at the World Beer Awards.
