What more fitting a place to find a pub than in a genuine old brewery? This one used to be Maclays Thistle Brewery and dates back to the 19th century. It's a history reflected in the displays of old bottles behind the bar and in wall cabinets, as well as in architectural features such as the high sloping ceiling.
