Tasting Notes: Beast of Bodmin is our premium chestnut red ale. This full bodied ale has a complex malty taste with a fruity bitter finish. A firm favourite since its release in 2012, it has won numerous awards and received various accolades.
This great session ale is bursting with flavour despite its low ABV. Available in cask only, a golden malt body provides the base, while Columbus, Nugget and Amarillo hops combine to produce a fruit-filled aroma and flavour with a refreshing finish.
Tasting Notes: malty, fruity
Available in Cask, Keg and Bottle. This hefty IPA won silver at the 2015 Southern England keg competition.
Tasting Notes: Brewed in the style of US IPA’s, with plenty of crystal malt giving some sweet notes, tempered by a large hop bill of Citra and Nugget.
Their very own lager on draught, it’s smooth Cornish lager brewed with our soft Cornish spring water which is perfect for making lager. Delicately Hopped with Perle.
Tasting Notes:
Brewed with a great Maris Otter malt backbone, this pale ale delivers a hop-forward burst of flavour thanks to bags of Centennial, Cascade and Motueka.
This Double IPA is a true explosion of hop flavour, deftly balanced with a big malt body and a lovely dry finish leaving you wanting more.
Tasting Notes: Simcoe, Centennial, Amarillo, and Cascade hops are all packed into this beer giving it a real punch. Available in Cask, Keg and Bottle.
Taking it back to the old school, Graffiti IPA is how craft beer used to be. The first beer we ever brewed back in 2014, Graffiti is gold in colour with a strong resin, piney flavour and satisfying bitter finish.
Tasting Notes: Packed with Summit, Centennial, Cascade and Citra hops for a citrusy, grapefruit aroma, Graffiti takes you back to a time before joose was cool.
Brewed as the go-to beer after a surf, paddle board or a long coastal walk, Helles Beach Cornish Lager provides a refreshing salute to a day outside well spent.
Tasting Notes: Biscuity and floral with a hint of spice, we’ve used Cascade hops to give a subtle citrus flavour for a super satisfying finish. Brewed with a combination of traditional and modern techniques for depth and drinkability, this is the perfect beer whether you’re at the beach or on your couch.
Go Beyond the Usual and treat your tastebuds to our flagship Pale Ale, Patchwork Rocket.
Tasting Notes: Full of palate pleasing melon, peach and pine flavours from a heavy dose of Apollo and Mosaic hops, Patchwork is balanced out with a sweet, malty base and smooth, clean bitterness.
A tropical storm of a beer, Thundercloud is a New England IPA full of intense hop flavours.
Tasting Notes: Super juicy and sweet with a lovely, soft mouthfeel, this one is very moreish and slightly boozy. Brewed with pale malt and oats, we’ve used Citra, Mosaic and Ekuanot hops for a cloudy haze and mango aroma.
Brewed just like they do it on the American West Coast
Tasting Notes: This one if full of tropical, refreshing flavours and a dry, crisp bitterness. Amber and Clear with an enchanting Elderflower and Orange aroma, we’ve dry hopped with loads of Mosaic and Ekuanot for grapefruit and orange pith flavours.
