Every bottle of Becks is brewed according to the uncompromising German Reinheitsgebot (Purity law). With a strong and committed heritage, Becks has had only 6 brew masters throughout a 125 year history.

Tasting Notes: Our original Becks is a classic German lager beer with a distinctive full-bodied taste, fresh "hoppy" bouquet, golden colour and a full rich head. Adding to its complexity is a slightly fruity but firm crispness and a dry, clean finish.

A quirky character yes, from Cornish folklore, Betty Stogs was reputedly full-bodied, golden-hearted and just a little fruity. So, you can see why we chose to name our award-winning, smooth-drinking amber ale after her.

Tasting Notes: With whole-flower Celeia, Northdown and Aurora hops alongside malted barley and wheat, this is a Cornish twist on a classic smooth-drinking ale. Tasting Notes: Carling has been skilfully brewed using lightly kilned British malts, aromatic hops and Carling's unique yeast to create a malty, sweet flavour, balanced with a hoppy ''clean flavoured'' bitterness and the aroma of freshly harvested grain.

Lord Karan Bilimoria founded Cobra Beer in 1989 having realised that Britain deserved a better, smoother, less gassy lager.
