Tasting Notes: Dark, chestnut beer whose bitter chocolate and roast malt taste from the Dry Stout base is softened by the addition of rich Ruby Port, combining the hoppy pepperiness from Phoenix, Styrian and East Kent Goldings with vinous alcoholic fruitiness.

Doom Bar is a perfectly balanced beer combining subtle yet complex flavours, Doom Bar is both satisfying and deliciously moreish.

Tasting Notes: “The aroma of Doom Bar combines an accomplished balance of spicy resinous hop, inviting sweet malt and delicate roasted notes. The mouth feel is a perfectly balanced and complex blend of succulent dried fruit, lightly roasted malty notes and a subtle yet assertive bitterness. Stormstay is Hanlon’s premium bitter. A strong amber ale, surprisingly smooth with hints of toffee and citrus.

Tasting Notes: Dark amber to copper in colour with a toffee and floral hop nose and hints of tangerine. Malt caramel and biscuit nestle with the three aroma hops, Phoenix, Styrian Goldings and Cascade. Late hopping with citrusy Cascade cuts through the alcohol sweetness.
