Thin creamy white head. Light-medium bitter.

Tasting Notes:

Tarka Four 4.0 Otter Brewery

Tarka Four is cold fermented for two weeks and further lagered for at least three weeks.

Tasting Notes: A clean crisp lager with predominant hop flavouring. Floral and citrus notes with a hint of elderberry leading to a long dry finish.

Otter Ale 4.5 Otter Brewery

Imagine a piece of beautifully polished mahogany and you’ve got the deep, rich tones of Otter Ale. The malty aroma and hints of fruit provide a first clue to the flavour but the taste goes further and finishes in a strong combination of fruit and some bitterness.

Tasting Notes: A pale brown, well balanced beer, with a predominant hop and malty taste and aftertaste.

Otter Bitter 3.6 Otter Brewery

It is a beautifully light and fruity beer with good hoppy bitterness. It leaves a refreshing bitterness which prompts the next gulp.

Tasting Notes: The depth of colour in Otter Bitter’s golden brown liquid is reflective of its great condition. Fruit notes and well balanced malty flavours are tinged with a hint of bitterness to make Otter Bitter a Devon beer of distinction.

Springfest 4.0 Otter Brewery

A special spring ale

Tasting Notes:

Amstel 4.1 Heineken

Tasting Notes:

Thatchers Haze 4.5 Thatchers Cider

Thatchers Haze is a cloudy premium cider bursting with apple flavour.
