Hinckley CAMRA 2010 beer festival: overall champion
Tasting Notes: An unusual combination of fruity hoppyness with a dark, malty side. This beer is distinctly difficult to categorise – is it sort of a porter or maybe a mild? You decide!
A pale, strong ale.
Tasting Notes: A complex and sophisticated IPA, using assertive American hops. Aromas of resinous pine, orange and just the right level of citrussiness. A dry finish and moderate bitterness make this deceptively quaffable for its 5.4%, so take care!
Winner of the Peterborough 2009 Beer Festival, Overall champion of Devizes 2010 beer festival.
Tasting Notes: A pale and intensely hoppy beer. Enticing tropical fruit aromas, finished with a good level of thirst quenching, almost peppery bitterness.
A powerful black IPA loaded with magnum, centennial, cascade and nelson hops for an explosive finish!
Tasting Notes:
Probably the most flavoursome 3.8% beer you'll ever taste. A beautiful pale and intensely hoppy beer, with tropical fruit aromas and a lovely thirst quenching bitterness.
A complex & malty stout with a rich chocolate aroma & flavours.
Evolution is a premium golden ale. It’s deliciously fruity and aromatic, and finishes with a crisp citrus zing to refresh the palate. If you are looking for the next generation of beer then this is the natural selection!
Tasting Notes: Fruity, aromatic, citrus
A traditional light-copper coloured session ale.
Tasting Notes: Funky Gibbon is infused with Willamette hops from the USA to create a fruity earthy beer which perfectly balances malt and hops.
National Champion in the 2010 SIBA National Beer Competition, “Porters, Strong Milds, Old Ales & Stouts” Category.
Tasting Notes: A hearty 4.9% beer full of malty complexity balanced by a robust bitter bite.
A fruity dark 4.5 with British and German malts generously hopped with German and American varieties to give a dark yet hoppy flavour and a lush lingering aroma.
Named after the ‘Infinite Monkey Theorem’, which states that a monkey hitting keys at random on a typewriter for an infinite amount of time will eventually type the complete works of Shakespeare!
Tasting Notes: An infinitely satisfying pale ale, brewed with Citra hops from the USA for a punchy hop presence.
Brewed using 100% Centennial hops which give a fresh floral aroma & flavour with a deep bitter finish.
Tasting Notes: Floral, bitter
Made with a mix of Simcoe, Amarillo and Cascade, creating a refreshing fruity hit but finishing with a smooth lingering bitterness. A perfect combination.
This beer is designed to have very broad appeal, satisfying drinkers who like traditional, copper coloured session beers whilst also having a punchy hop presence to put a smile on the face of hop-lovers everywhere!
Tasting Notes: A traditional light copper coloured ale, but with a hoppy twist.
