This smooth drinker has a yeasty, almost sour note – reminiscent of a Belgian-style golden ale. It's good malt character and wheaty notes are balanced with a touch of fruity yeast flavours, light sweetness and a hint of banana. With the bitterness and light sourness working in perfect harmony with a robust ABV backbone, this ale is an easy drinker and a real crowd pleaser.

Tasting Notes: This is a light and fragrant ale which is dominated by the scents of spring – cherry blossom and acacia. It is in a delicate balance of floral notes and bitterness, which fades to a whisper on the palate as you drink it.

Britannia is an amber-coloured, smooth malty beer that is well balanced giving the mellow, malty finish of a Great British Bitter.

Our original Patriot recipe creates a smooth balance between British hops and the finest Maris Otter malt. The introduction of green hops adds an exciting and unique freshness and crispness to this seasonal delicacy. We are amping up the abv to 4.2% while introducing fresh, crisp, sappy characteristics to our beautifully mellow core ale, Patriot.

Inspired by the Candy Apple created in 1908 by famed American confectioner William W. Kolb whom discovered this sticky treat by mistake when an apple fell into some red cinnamon. This treat is Amber in colour, with a light hop character on the nose, rich mouthfeel and a crisp, sweet finish.
