Bourbon Pale Ale 6.0

This refreshing summer beer is as American as they come. Matured with bourbon and flavoured with Cascade and Amarillo hops, to create something that would stand up to comparisons with some of the top American pale ales.

Tasting Notes: Smell: Geranium, pink grapefruit and cloves Taste: Gentle bitterness with sweet chocolate notes from the malt and oak Finish: Light finish, with a hint of marzipan and bourbon

Innis & None 0.0

Great beer is for everyone no matter if you’re a tee-totaller, gym-a-holic, or one of the increasing number of adults who just opts to give their bodies a break. That’s why they created their very first zero alcohol brew.

Tasting Notes: Smell: Intense blend of dry hop notes, fragrant blood orange and resinous pine Taste: Zesty with big hop bitterness and balanced by a touch of sweetness Finish: Lasting yet clean

IPA 5.6

Innis & Gunn IPA is 100% unfiltered. This means that we’ve kept the beer true to its natural form, locking in the flavour from the hops and malt. Zesty, refreshing and crisp.

Tasting Notes: Mandarina hops have been used to impart zesty hop aromas of citrus and lychee. Hop bitterness is balanced by a smooth sweetness from the extra pale and Munich malts.

Irish Whiskey Finish 7.4

This sturdy Scottish Stout has been matured over American oak heartwood that has been infused with Irish Whiskey. The result is a rich, complex beer with a velvety smooth finish and notes of dark chocolate, coffee and treacle.

Tasting Notes: Smell: Chocolate, treacle, dried fruit and roasted coffee beans Taste: Earthy hops, rich malt and a nice cocoa bitterness Finish: Complex and satisfying with a lingering oaky sweetness and creamy mouthfeel

Kith & Kin 5.8

Kith & Kin is Scots for ‘friends & family’, which perfectly captures the spirit of this collaboration between two pioneers of our craft. Kith & Kin is a rich Scottish stout aged in Teeling Irish Whiskey barrels.

Tasting Notes: Brewed with a big hit of chocolate malt, to create a flavour packed beer with dark chocolate, coffee and treacle, alongside delicious hints of vanilla and spice. A little barrel-magic means that the aftertaste is smooth, seductive and long.

Lager Beer 4.6

Thisr Lager is made in small batches with Naked Golden Oats and great Scottish pride and exuberance, which give it its full flavour and very smooth finish.

Tasting Notes: Smell: Lemon zest, macadamia nuts, sweet biscuity malt Taste: Crisp and light. Soft, aromatic hops and rich creaminess from the oats Finish: Smooth and refreshing

Maple & Thistle Rye Ale 5.9

As a celebration of the special relationship between Canada & Scotland, they brewed something just for Canada: A big, bold beer that is packed with flavours and aromas of toffee, vanilla, oak, citrus, smoky maple and orange oil.

Tasting Notes: Smell:
Packed full of oak, herbal thistle and smoky caramel Taste: A rich malt backbone with nutty and ripe fruit notes Finish: Creamy with Biscuity malt

Original 6.6

This is their firstborn brew, whose accidental discovery started our story in 2003. Its originality also lies in its singular taste – notes of biscuity malt and vanilla swirling within a creamy, mellow character.

Tasting Notes: Smell: Caramel and rich roasted malts Taste: Incredibly smooth with a delicious toffee character and a light hop fruitiness Finish: Creamy and warming

Rum Finish 6.8

Rum Finish is a fighter. Its popularity saw it throw off the shackles of Limited Edition status to clinch a place in the Core Range.

Tasting Notes: Matured over oak heartwood infused with specially selected rums, its spicy, full-bodied qualities make it a lively sparring partner for a round or two.

Session IPA 4.2

This IPA is brewed using a new extra pale malt which is uniquely kilned to develop malty and biscuit flavours. The result is an easy-drinking, refreshing beer, very light in colour with bags of hop flavour, perfectly balanced by a sweet, malty finish.

Tasting Notes: Smell: Complex blend of hop aroma including red fruits, resinous pine, rose petals and light citrus. Taste: Biscuity malt and hop bitterness are balanced with some sweetness and a smooth texture. Finish: Clean, yet lasting

Toasted Oak IPA 5.6

India Pale Ale first made its name in the 19th century. Here's hoping this pioneering IPA can make its mark too.

Tasting Notes: Its fervent hoppy character hails from the unique addition of large quantities of hops at three separate points during brewing. The result is a beer that's rounded yet refreshing, with delicate floral notes and oodles of zesty freshness.

Vintage 7.7

They used their own I&G Ale Malt to impart a rich, well-balanced malty backbone to this beer. This combined with crystal malt, roasted barley and a little wheat gives a creamy head.

Tasting Notes: Smell: Rich caramel, almonds and orange marmalade, overlaid with fragrant aroma from the hops Taste: Buttered toast, creamy toffee, a little sharpness from the yeast and a lovely creamy full mouthfeel Finish: Rich, complex and very satisfying

White Oak Wheat Beer 6.4

White oak is native to North America and typically contains a higher vanillin content than its European counterpart, which has a strong influence on the flavour of whatever comes into contact with it once it's made into barrels.

Tasting Notes: Smell: Heady aroma of spicy hops, bergamot and sour orange Taste: Lots of grapefruit and orange with a light floral fragrance Finish: Clean but sweet and full-bodied
