Cotswold 3.8 Lager 3.8

You''ll find a pleasing floral hoppiness matched with a subtle smooth flavour that delivers a surprisingly complex and long lasting taste sensation.

Tasting Notes:

Cotswold Cask 4

For years people kept asking us to brew an ale and for years we said no. Finally just before Christmas 2012 we gave in, bought some casks and a cask washer and let Rick return to his ale roots!

Tasting Notes: A Copper coloured, well hopped, easy drinking English Ale.

Cotswold Dark Lager 5

This is the beverage equivalent of comfort food. Dark and warmly inviting with all the bitterness and hop flavours of a proper ''grown up'' lager it also possess a subtle chocolate and toffee flavour that makes it very moreish.

Tasting Notes:

Cotswold Haus Lager 4

Our every day, easy drinking Lager which is light and delicate with floral aromas and flavours. Close your eyes, drink and think of citrus fruits, mangos and elderflowers.

Tasting Notes:

Cotswold IPA 5.2

India Pale Ale – Smooth, soft and malty. Full-bodied with a distinctive hoppiness derived from a subtle mix of classic hops. Good stuff!

Tasting Notes:

Cotswold Premium Lager 5

Refreshingly dry with a pleasing hoppiness balanced with a hint of sweetness. A true Premium lager that is packed full of taste and complex flavours in the style of a Pilsner lager.

Tasting Notes:

Cotswold Stout 5

Rich, full bodied, soft, smooth and easy drinking. Try it and find out for yourself!

Tasting Notes: Roast Barley, Crystal, Torrefied Wheat, Flaked Malted Oats, Black Malt & Chocolate Malt

Cotswold Wheat Beer 4.2

It has hints of banana, vanilla and mango and is served naturally cloudy because the yeast and wheat haze have not been filtered out.

Tasting Notes:

Cotswold Cider 5

We have created a traditional looking product by making our cider slightly cloudy to get that traditional scrumpy look. It is refreshingly different and tastes of the apples from which it is created.
