This IPA was brewed in collaboration with our friends from Garage Beer Co, and was fermented with 4843rd generation JW Lees yeast.
Tasting Notes: White grape juice concentrate was added at the end of the boil, and the dry hop was equal amounts of Enigma and Nelson Sauvin. Adjunct: White Grape Juice Concentrate.
This Helles features 100% Pilsner malt, Saaz and Tettnanger hops. 5% ABV
Tasting Notes:
Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Hop Burns & Black, to celebrate their 3rd birthday. This double dry hopped Pale features hops from their native New Zealand - NZ Chinook and Nelson Sauvin. 5.6% ABV.
This NE DIPA features our standard 25g/L dry hop charge led by Enigma and backed up by Mosaic. It was fermented with Lallemand's NE yeast, for a prominent peachy ester profile. 8.5% ABV
This beer is the first of a new series of small beers, brewed to be refreshing and low in strength, yet full bodied and boldly flavoured.
Tasting Notes: Mosaic takes the lead in dry hop, with oats, wheat, dextrin and maltodextrin included in the grist to improve mouthfeel. 2.9% ABV
Brewed with our friends from Brasserie Trois Dames in Switzerland, this is a fresh Session IPA hopped with Ekuanot and Mosaic and fermented with JW Lees yeast. 4.8% ABV
