Welcome to the Website of The Anglers Inn, Bishopstoke, Eastleigh, near Southampton, Hampshire. The pub, restaurant and cosy guest rooms are run by a family team.
The Angler's is a traditional dog friendly local pub situated right next to the bank of the beautiful River Itchen. With easy links to Southampton and Winchester our accommodation is ideal for both workers and for tourists visiting this quiet part of Southern England.

We serve food all day. If you're popping in for a business lunch we now offer all our patrons FREE Wi-Fi so you can catch up on emails whilst enjoying a meal!

Quencher 3.4 Theakstons Ltd

Cask consumers are increasingly demanding new, lower ABV and differing styles of cask ale. Combining our wonderful raw materials with nearly two hundred years of brewing expertise we have developed Theakston Quencher. A fabulous, deceptively full-bodied cask ale with refreshing floral and fruit hop character, at 3.4% ABV, ideal for a refreshing thirst quencher on hot days or when a driving thirst demands it!

Tasting Notes: A delicate floral aroma leads to a deceptively full bodied sweet-melon fruitiness with a refreshing dry-hop finish. Brewed using finest Pearl Barley, English grown Sovereign hops for aroma and dry bitterness and generous quantities of El Dorado hops for fruit character. A thirst Quencher if there ever was one!
Tribute 4.2 St Austell Brewery

Tribute is an easy drinking pale ale.

Tasting Notes: Fresh, Orange, Grapefruit The zesty orange and grapefruit flavours are balanced with biscuit malt. The beer of South West sport, Tribute has high profile shirt sponsorships with Somerset and Gloucester CCCs as well as close relationships with both Football League clubs Plymouth and Exeter City. Tribute is also the Official Beer of South West Rugby and supports many rugby teams in the region with shirt sponsorships, plus it is the main sponsor of the Cornwall RFU whose teams are the current County Champions and holders of the Bill Beaumont Cup. We were also thrilled in 2015 for Tribute to be the main sponsor of Bristol Balloon Fiesta and in 2016 Tribute will again be a high profile partner of this wonderful event. All told, there is plenty to look forward to for Tribute in the coming year.
Trooper 4.8 Frederic Robinson Ltd

Trooper is a Premium British Beer inspired by Iron Maiden and handcrafted at Robinsons brewery. Malt flavours and citric notes from a unique blend of Bobec, Goldings and Cascade hops dominate this deep golden ale with a subtle hint of lemon.
