The Waterwitch is family-friendly pub with a cosy, welcoming atmosphere, excellent pub food and wide range of cask ales. If it’s chilly outside, come on in and warm yourself by our open log fires, or if the weather is fine, enjoy some al fresco canalside dining in our extensive gardens that lead right down to the water’s edge. In our pub restaurant you can choose from our menu of mouth-watering traditional and seasonal dishes, as well as our ever-popular Sunday lunches and weekly special food nights. Beautiful golden color with a mildly bitter taste and cheerful character. Tasting Notes:
	Birra Moretti	4.6	Heineken
The ultimate Italian lager since 1859, Birra Moretti’s special blend of high quality hops creates a smooth, full bodied beer with wholemeal bread top notes which are cut by a delicate citrus note. Tasting Notes: It is a bottom fermented beer with a golden colour. This colouring is a result of the type of malt used in brewing. Its alcohol content is 4.6% alcohol by volume. It is not a strong beer and is therefore perfect for drinking at lunch, at dinner or for evenings out with friends
	Guinness Draught	4.2	Diageo
Rich and creamy. Distinctive, Ruby Red colour. Velvety in its finish. This iconic beer was developed in 1959 and launched as a celebration of the 200 years anniversary of Arthur Guinness signing his 9,000-year lease. Tasting Notes: Aroma: Sweet smelling with a coffee and malty nose   Flavour: Perfect balance of bitter and sweet with malt and roast characters Palate: Smooth, creamy and balanced

Spring Break was created in 2022 in collaboration with two apprentices studying on the University of Nottingham brewing programme, a course strongly supported by our Master Brewer. Tasting Notes:

Draught is a crisp, medium dry cyder with a delicate aroma and taste of fresh pressed apples. Crafted at the original Cyder House, Suffolk. Tasting Notes: Fruity, dry, racy, thirst-quenching, lip-smacking.
