The Verulam Arms has been a pub for almost 160 years. The name Verulam is derived from Verulamium – the ancient Roman town which predated St. Albans. Slightly more recently – since 2011 in fact – we’ve been serving wild food from the pub.

First brewed as recently as 1955. Tasting Notes: A superbly balanced session bitter with a prominent hop character.
