Lord Karan Bilimoria founded Cobra Beer in 1989 having realised that Britain deserved a better, smoother, less gassy lager. Tasting Notes: Using the finest natural ingredients and a traditional Indian blend of barley malt and yeast, with maize, hops, and rice, he created an extra smooth and less gassy beer, quite unlike any other.
	Spitfire Amber	4.2	Shepherd Neame
The beer is named after the legendary Spitfire aeroplane designed by RJ Mitchell. The versatility of the aircraft and the courage of its pilots were essential to victory and were a key symbol of the spirit of that time. Tasting Notes: An infusion of three Kentish hops adorns this beautifully balanced, blood-orange tinted British bitter with an acutely aromatic allure. Hints of marmalade, red grapes and pepper are thrust from a springboard of warm, mellow malts. The floating fruity finish signs off with a smidgen of spice and raspberry.
