The Bulls Head is a truly traditional village pub, operating as a free house and specialising in a wide range of fine cask conditioned ales including Adnams, Bombardier, Castle Rock Harvest Pale, Mild and an ever changing list of guest ales sourced from micro and national breweries such as Wood Farm, Grainstore, Blue Monkey and Timothy Taylor. In addition draught Guinness, Carling, Strongbow, San Miguel, Amstel and many more are all served. Known, prior to the 1930’s, as Eddie’s beer house the original pub and the car park formed a yard including 13 small cottages. The Bulls head has recently re opened after following an extensive refurbished programme, it provides a warm welcome, serving excellent ales and very high quality home cooked food. Food is available lunchtimes and evenings, a traditional Sunday lunch is served from 12.00 noon until 5.00 pm.
