Drink % Brewery
61 Deep 3.6 Marstons

61 Deep. Newest brew on the Burton block. 61 metres. That’s the depth of the well at the Brewery that gives this refreshing pale ale its name.

Tasting Notes: The five American and Australian hops give it its fresh, zesty aroma, whilst the tropical fruit and citrus notes make it extremely drinkable. Dive in.

Brains Bitter 3.7 S.A Brain & Co Ltd

Brewed continuously since the company was founded in 1882, Brains Bitter is a crisp, honest beer with golden amber hues and a fruity, hoppy flavour. A truly popular pint, it's genuinely stood the test of time.

Tasting Notes: The famous ‘pint of Brains’ is rich amber coloured, well balanced and refreshing. Goldings and Fuggles hops from The Welsh Marches create an appetising crisp aroma to complement the subtle flavour of fine pale malt. Crystal clear water combines with the unique Brains yeast to create the complete Welsh beer experience.

Brains SA 4.2 S.A Brain & Co Ltd

With the origins of its name shrouded in mystery, Brains SA has become an essential part of every Welsh celebration since it was first brewed in 1958. It has a fruity nose, a rich malty flavour and a satisfying spirit-like finish.

Tasting Notes: Our renowned bitter is copper coloured and has a nutty richness derived from Pale and Crystal malts and three hops; Challenger, Goldings and Fuggles.

Courage Directors Bitter 4.8 The Eagle Brewery

This premium cask ale has a strong following throughout the country. Courage Directors was originally brewed exclusively for the Directors of the Alton brewery, but following public demand, the beer was made available to the public.

Tasting Notes: It is genuine premium beer, pale brown in appearance with a deep rich taste.

Pedigree 4.5 Marstons

Pedigree. Now with added personality. They haven’t changed the taste. Just how it looks. So welcome to the new-look Pedigree, or “P” as it was first known. Strange that, looking back.

Tasting Notes: Anyway, it has a fascinating aroma, with a palate of biscuit malt, spicy hops and light fruitiness. It was renamed in a staff competition back in George Peard’s day. He was the Head Brewer at the time – that’s him on the clip. Cheers George.

Tetley's Cask Ale 3.6 Carlsberg UK Ltd

After nearly two centuries of perfecting the brewing process, the name Tetley’s is synonymous with a smooth, tasty pint created from a perfect combination of traditional and modern brewing techniques.

Tasting Notes: Tetley's Cask is an amber Cask Ale first brewed in Leeds in 1822, which has roasted caramel bitter sweetness balanced with distinctly aromatic smooth hoppy flavours and a lingering dry bitter finish
