A light, copper-coloured bitter with a nutty aroma and a smoky, malty taste and hops leading through.
Tasting Notes: Nutty, smoky, malty
An amber/copper bitter with a pronounced maltiness offset by a delicate hop flavour.
Tasting Notes:
Named after Dovecote Street in Hathern, this rich, dark, traditional ale has a slightly fruity aroma. The substantial aftertaste is of impressive length, with complex flavours including chocolate, coffee and liquorice.
A light golden, easy drinking beer with a good balance of hops and malt. The name of Hathern derives from the Saxon word for the hawthorn hedges which surrounded the village in pre-Doomsday times.
Named after the River Soar, which flows near Hathern. A malty ruby ale, with flavours of burnt sugar and caramel with chocolate and liquorice and a long, lingering bitter finish.
This beautifully light golden ale has a perfect balance of malt and hops to produce a delicious crisp quaffing ale, with a hop and citrus aftertaste.
