Stoney Ford Brew Co is a small batch brewery. We’re based just outside Stamford, in Ryhall, and are currently brewing cask conditioned beers for sale on draught in and around Stamford, (c.20mile radius) but there’s more to come.
We brew consistently top quality, fulsome beers. Some are great versions of traditional standards, some are more edgy, punchy beers, all made with local ingredients where available and all with a nod to the heritage, integrity and vibe of our historic town.

All Saints Almighty Amber 4.2

it’s the darkest ale in the range, and uses a caramalt to bring richness without cloying sweetness to the chocolate malt to bring some additional body, that might represent a brown porter for example.

Tasting Notes: Rich without cloying, body without heaviness, resinous marmalade, orange and citrus and ”chocolate orange” flavours
PE9 Paradise Pale 4.0

A soft and rounded but pronounced bitterness, a definitive hoppy flavour and the aromas of a traditional English ale such as spice, florals and honey whilst underpinned by gentle caramels of UK Munich and Crystal malts.

Tasting Notes: Rounded but with pronounced bitterness, hoppy but not aggressive; honeyed, spicy, and floral
Sheepmarket Supernova Straw 3.8

It’s all Pale malt and a tiny touch of Amber some floral, cedar and grapefruity/peachy English hops in the flavour and aromatics. It’s a 3.8% abv champagne of a Stamford Summer Sunshine Strawberry Blonde in a glass.

Tasting Notes: Bursting with flavour and fizz, light and thirst quenching, floral, cedar, grapefruit and peach
