A transatlantic style that dates back to the early 1980's. Darker than some, this beer has a rich malt base giving it a warm amber colour and a delicious body of flavour. It is brewed with American Cascade hops making it refreshing and hoppy.
Tasting Notes:
Traditional ale inspired by the British classic. By 1830 the expression ‘best bitter’ was synonymous with England and has since become a part of brewing history. We have created a true to style best bitter with a deep, full-bodied taste.
A style developed by brewers in the late 20th century as an alternative to lager. Our Golden Ale is a refreshing and complex version, ideal as a session ale. It has a tasty malt base and is light and high in aroma hops.
A fruity pale ale made with a blend of all-New Zealand hops including Kohatu, Motueka and Nelson Sauvin. This well-balanced beer delivers a hoppy aroma and full, fruity flavour
