King & Queen

A pub serving food with Sky TV and a garden in Fitzrovia.

The King & Queen is a friendly, independent pub in the heart of London’s up-and-coming Fitzrovia. In the hands of family-run LEA Taverns since 1985, The K&Q (as it’s known to all the locals) offers: A vast selection of great drinks. Fresh and tasty lunchtime food. Live sport. Music. Function room facilities. We’re well known for our wide range of ales, whiskies, gins and vodkas, all of which you can enjoy in relaxed surroundings. Our lunchtime meals, from an extensive menu including daily specials, are freshly prepared on site. And if you want live sport we show football, rugby, Test cricket, Wimbledon… we can even show two at once on our two screens.

We have a large function room for hosting parties and meetings – and it’s also famous for hosting folk music, as The King & Queen was the place where Bob Dylan played his first ever show outside the US in 1962.

Drink % Brewery
Bombardier 4.1 The Eagle Brewery

Wells Bombardier is an iconic real beer loaded with distinct English brilliance. The rich, full-bodied nectar is a lingering reward for the ol' tonsils.

Tasting Notes:

Ghost Ship 4.1 Adnams

Ghost Ship is inspired by one of Adnams’ most haunted pubs in one of the UK’s most haunted villages, the Bell at Walberswick. It's a Pale Ale with a pithy bitterness and a malty backbone.

Tasting Notes: This is a Pale Ale with a pithy bitterness and a malty backbone. Brewed with a selection of malts – Pale Ale, Rye Crystal and Cara – Adnams use Citra and a blend of other American hop varieties to create some great citrus flavours

Tribute 4.2 St Austell Brewery

Tribute is an easy drinking pale ale.

Tasting Notes: Fresh, Orange, Grapefruit The zesty orange and grapefruit flavours are balanced with biscuit malt. The beer of South West sport, Tribute has high profile shirt sponsorships with Somerset and Gloucester CCCs as well as close relationships with both Football League clubs Plymouth and Exeter City. Tribute is also the Official Beer of South West Rugby and supports many rugby teams in the region with shirt sponsorships, plus it is the main sponsor of the Cornwall RFU whose teams are the current County Champions and holders of the Bill Beaumont Cup. We were also thrilled in 2015 for Tribute to be the main sponsor of Bristol Balloon Fiesta and in 2016 Tribute will again be a high profile partner of this wonderful event. All told, there is plenty to look forward to for Tribute in the coming year.

Wandle 3.8 Sambrooks Brewery

Named after the Thames tributary, flowing by the brewery, Wandle Ale has enjoyed critical acclaim from drinkers, bloggers and judges alike.

Tasting Notes: Lightly Spices, Quaffable, Lemons
