The Hare

A pub serving food in Harrow.

So what’s so special about a pub run by the White Brasserie Company? Well, our places are warm and welcoming with a unique combination of a traditional pub and a French brasserie …with an English twist. Our food is cooked to order, using the best, freshest, seasonal ingredients by skilled (and very lovely) chefs who have trained under the watchful eye of Executive Chef Clive Fretwell….one of the country’s very best.
Our menu changes seasonally but might include six-hour beef rib, dressed Brixham crab, a traditional homemade pie or smoked Morteau sausage, potato salad and poached egg not to mention some truly spectacular desserts! All our meat and fish is sustainably sourced and bought direct from our suppliers, even our chutneys are homemade. Our staff are keen and knowledgeable, benefiting from one of the best training programs in the business; and our locations are often historic buildings, made cosy and inviting and very much part of the fabric of the local community.

Landlord 4.3 Timothy Taylor's Brewery

Landlord is Timothy Taylor’s iconic flagship beer – a revered, nationally recognised classic. Four-time CAMRA Supreme Champion Beer of Britain and the UK’s top-selling cask beer. Brewed with Golden Promise malt, whole-leaf Goldings, Fuggles, and Savinjski Goldings hops, and pure Knowle Spring water, Landlord is crafted with an unwavering commitment to quality.

Tasting Notes: A classic pale ale with an amber hue, it opens with a complex citrus and fruity aroma, delivering a full but smooth malt body with a touch of sweetness, followed by a lingering, gentle bitter hop finish that keeps it refreshing.

London Pride 4.1 Fuller's Brewery

In recent years its popularity has grown to the extent that it is now Britain’s leading premium ale: a welcome fixture in many pubs and off licences around the country, and now winning new friends abroad.

Tasting Notes: Rich, smooth and elegant on the palate, it draws to a clean, satisfying finish with beautifully balanced bitterness.
