Arpeggio 4.9

Our Red Rye IPA has a deep amber-red colour and bold, layered malt complexity. Spicy rye malt takes centre stage, with a light peppery spice and hints of caramel and toasted grain. Amarillo and Centennial hops bring bright citrus and floral notes, cutting through the malt richness with a zesty bitterness. Deep in flavour, but crisp, and slightly dry on the finish, perfect for those seeking a flavourful twist on a classic IPA.

Tasting Notes:

Baritone 4.3

Inspired by British brewing traditions. This cask-conditioned beer uses East Kent Goldings to add a touch of spice and honey notes to compliment the rich caramel flavour coming from a blend of 5 different malts.

Tasting Notes:

Bass Clef 3.4

A solid easy drinking pale ale, brewed to have the full body of an average-strength beer, but only coming in at 3.4%. A combination of hops including Amarillo, Citra, Admiral and Cascade give this hoppy beer initial hints of orange with an easy bitter finish.

Tasting Notes:

Battuto 5.5

Brewed in collaboration with Loughran Brewers Select and Green Arches Brewery. Our first Black IPA, smells like an IPA, looks like a stout, tastes like a cross between the two! It’s roasty, hoppy, easy drinking and very interesting.

Tasting Notes:

Chanson 6.0

We teamed up with Vibrant Forest to bring you a beer that all of us love to drink: a Belgian Blonde Ale. Fermented using a Belgian yeast strain popular with Trappist breweries and lightly hopped with Melon, Blanc, Mandarina Bavaria and Polaris hops, this brew is medium-bodied and fruity, with a dry finish. Berry and citrus flavours complement each other, with notes of grape, strawberry, melon and grapefruit.

Tasting Notes:

Chorus 4.0

Our traditional British pale ale uses spicy German Polaris hop to balance out subtly fruity Citra to give you an easy-drinking, all-day beer that you will want return to over and over.

Tasting Notes:

Dynamics 4.8

Our India Pale Lager (IPL) is a hybrid beer style that combines elements of India Pale Ale and traditional lagers. It features the hop-forward flavors and higher bitterness associated with IPAs, using Centennial and Cascade to deliver citrus, pine, and floral notes, while retaining the crisp, clean finish and lighter body characteristic of lagers. Brewed with lager yeast and cold-fermented, this beer offers a refreshing alternative for hop enthusiasts, balancing bold hop aromas with smooth drinkability.

Tasting Notes:

Folk 4.2

It’s not just the USA and New World countries that grow outstanding fruity hops. We grow our own right here in the UK. With them, we have made a bold session NEIPA. This is full-bodied, fruity and hazy, with zesty grapefruit flavours from a blend of Cascade (UK), Jester and Olicana hops. All of which are well balanced with a low level of bittering hops from Opus, to make this all-English-ingredient beer emulate the original NEIPA style.

Tasting Notes:

Harmonie 4.2

Harmonie, our Belgian wit, is very light and refreshing, with fragrant coriander on the nose, and a slightly peppery note in the background. Zesty, with a citrus/orangey fruitiness and a background of chamomile - perfect for warmer weather.

Tasting Notes:

Harp 4.2

This new golden ale boasts a smooth, slightly sweet body that perfectly complements the bold citrus and pine notes from the Chinook hops. Brewed exclusively for cask conditioning, this beer is perfect for a relaxed afternoon in the beer garden. The use of First Gold hops adds a touch of subtle spice, harmonizing beautifully with the bright, aromatic character of the Chinook. A perfect beer garden beer!

Tasting Notes:

Intermission 4.4

We've said from the beginning that we want our beers to be accessible to everyone and appeal to a wide audience, which is why we needed to include gluten-free drinkers. This full-bodied pale ale has notes of tangerine, citrus, passion fruit and grapefruit from the Citra and Amarillo hops.

Tasting Notes:

Jazz 5.2

Brewed not only with our friends at Jasper Yeast, we also welcomed Brewser to join us in this 3-way collaboration. Fermented warm to maximise mad tropical flavours from the hops, further accentuated by the uncommonly used mash-hopping method.

Tasting Notes:

Legato 4.8

A selection of 5 different malt varieties delivers a roasty, chocolate dry Irish stout with a smooth finish. This seasonal brew uses Phoenix and Target hops to add a hint of molasses, sage and chocolate

Tasting Notes:

Minor 3.2

Minor is a dark mild, light on alcohol(just 3.2%!), full on the flavour. The light spice note from the hops are complimented by the deep robust flavours from malt bill comprising of a mix of chocolate, dark malt and crystal malts

Tasting Notes:

Molto 5.2

An all-English heritage malt bill was used for this Victorian IPA, producing notes of malted cereal and marmalade, along with English hops added continuously throughout the boil for a fruity, bitter English IPA with a twist. Brewed in collaboration with Hackney Church Brew Co. and Crisp Malt, you can expect tropical and grapefruit notes from the Olicana and Jester hops, and a hint of thyme from Opus also leaving a clean citrusy finish.

Tasting Notes:

Nocturne 4.5

You can expect biscuity, chocolatey, lightly roasted goodness from Nocturne, our classic English oatmeal stout. Textured and silky smooth on the mouthfeel thanks to the addition of oats, with a subtle sweet hint of orange – it’s a good job that this brew comes in at just 4.5%, as it’s especially moreish.

Tasting Notes:

Pentatonic 4.5

Our Tropical Stout, one of the less common styles, is very dark but sweet and fruity, moderately strong with a light smooth, roasty flavour and no burnt harshness. Expect moderate chocolate and coffee notes and extremely low hop characteristics. Most commonly drunk in hotter climates, this makes for a great summer dark beer. The tropical notes all come from a carefully chosen mix of 5 different speciality malts.

Tasting Notes:

Presto 4.8

Say hey presto to the day with our breakfast stout! Sessionable yet rich and moreish, brewed with Fairtrade, organic coffee beans to infuse the beer with deep notes of espresso and dark chocolate. The robust roasted character is perfectly balanced by a smooth, creamy mouthfeel, making it an ideal companion for any time of day.

Tasting Notes:

Solo 5.5

Inspired by the IPAs that got us into beer, this beer is bold and hoppy, taking a step back to a time when IPAs were heavy on bitterness as well as aroma hops. This is a single malt, single hop brew to display the biscuit flavours of Maris Otter, as well as the different levels obtained from Cascade (UK) when used in bittering, whirlpool and dry-hopping stages. Cascade (UK) gives a slightly more subtle, well-rounded flavour to its US cousin, while still delivering an intense kick of orange, grapefruit and lychee.

Tasting Notes:

Sonata 4.5

Our first porter is a robust porter: rich in malt flavour, yet balanced so as not to overwhelm the palate. This brew harmoniously blends roasted and dark chocolate notes from the malt with subtle hop flavours from Fuggles and Goldings hops, creating a smooth and satisfying drinking experience.

Tasting Notes:

Tempo 4.2

This session IPA balaces hop aroma and bitterness to deliver a wonderfully sessionable beer with heaps of flavour. Expect orange, grapefruit, spice and citrus notes from our blend of Admiral, Centennial, Cascade and Target hops.

Tasting Notes:

Tenor 3.2

Our Ordinary bitter is an all-day drinker at only 3.4%. But don’t let the low ABV fool you into thinking this beer lacks any flavour or body; our complex malt bill adds a rich mouthfeel, and Goldings hops are used for bitterness. We modernised this English-style bitter with very light dry-hopping using the US hop Columbus.

Tasting Notes:

Vivace 4..2

Perfect for a warm, sunny day, this English blonde is fruity, easy-drinking and refreshing with hints of blackcurrant and floral tones coming from Willamette hops. A slightly sweet body makes it especially appealing to any fans of a European style lager.
