The Yorkshire Dales is in our blood, and in our beer. Protecting this beautiful landscape is vital to us at Black Sheep, and every drop of Respire contributes to tree planting in the Yorkshire Dales. Officially carbon neutral, Respire is the true pint with purpose. We footprinted the brewing, packaging and distribution of Respire, and offset this with official carbon credits, funding high impact bio-diversity projects. Citra and Chinook hops take the lead in this fresh and hoppy Session IPA, packing bright citrus, tropical fruit and crisp pine notes. Backed up with light, sweet maltiness, rounding out in a refreshing bitter finish. A breed apart.

Doom Bar is a perfectly balanced beer combining subtle yet complex flavours, Doom Bar is both satisfying and deliciously moreish.

Tasting Notes: “The aroma of Doom Bar combines an accomplished balance of spicy resinous hop, inviting sweet malt and delicate roasted notes. The mouth feel is a perfectly balanced and complex blend of succulent dried fruit, lightly roasted malty notes and a subtle yet assertive bitterness. Tasting Notes: Moorhouse’s brewers have blended Brewers Gold hops with the ‘noble’ German origin Tettnang variety for blonde style ale that delivers ‘a refreshing fruity springtime flavour with a bit of citrus, flowers and rich peppery spice on the aroma.”
