One of the only recipes that survives from Lee & Wayne’s homebrewing days.
Tasting Notes: Classic West Coast IPA with big citrus and flavour and piney resinous finish.
No bittering hop. Late hop additions only.
Tasting Notes: Refreshing and light, citrusy with a hint of Blackcurrant.
The name comes from Juicy And Refreshing Session Ale.
Tasting Notes: Very refreshing and sessionable pale with hints of orange and sherbet.
Recipe includes flaked oats to simulate the body of a stronger beer.

The beer is named after both the English malt Maris Otter and the Otter that resides in the river to the rear of the brewery.
